Business Definition

The USERNAME column stores the login username for student accounts only (educator users use email for login). Its business purpose is to provide unique student identification within a customer organization for authentication and student activity tracking. Users and analysts would use this column to identify students in reports, troubleshoot login issues, and join with assignment activity data.
